Event Description: A fun dance exercise that integrates the inner male and female, raising one's vibration to a higher level for one,s self and the immediate environment. Paneurhythmy means communication with universal intelligence and love through body movements, music, and lyrics with the purpose of helping humankind to improve their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
