Lisbon, Maine is home to the internationally-renowned Moxie Festival, an annual celebration of Maine’s official soft drink and the community that has become synonymous with it. Lisbon is located on the Androscoggin River between the Brunswick-Topsham area and the Cities of Lewiston and Auburn. Lisbon, once known as “the most industrialized town in Maine” because of the large cotton mills that dominated its landscape, has diversified into numerous small businesses and is home to companies such as the Dingley Press, Maine Recycling Corp., Floor Systems, the Furniture Superstore and Enterprise Trenchless Technologies, Inc.
